Wow, these are some pretty good cookies. I made them for my local garden walk and LOVED them. However, I did run into a few things, I love my cookies cooked and soft but not crunchy, and I found that my cookies came out looking like that but the bottoms were still really crunchy. Also, this is NOT a good recipe to put into the refridgerator for a few hours before you bake, because while I was waiting for my cookies to bake I found that the oats in the dough, seed to absorb some of the moisture in the cookies, so I would advise to make the cookies as soon as you make the dough. You may also notice that, like I did, the batter is really loose and unformed, I would NOT recommend adding more flour because my cookies already turned out a bit dry. However, these are among my favorite cookies. YUM, YUM!!
