Ground Turkey Casserole

The tomato sauce just didn't go well with the turkey, which is strange because we love turkey spaghetti sauce at our house! Either way, I'm willing to try anything with ground turkey at least once.

White Chili with Ground Turkey

I did not process any of the beans and did not add the cheese until time to eat the chili, but this was a great tasting way to use ground turkey! Will definitely make this frequently.

I use those catfish nuggets you can find in the seafood section of the store, which work pretty well. This is a healthier way to eat catfish than fried catfish! I like this dish so much I actually FOLLOW the recipe.
