Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2012
Excellent Cake. Definitely start in cold oven, sift flour twice, 3 tsp vanilla and use room temperature ingredients. Makes the world of a difference. Extra work but so worth the effort.

Grandma's Corn Bread Dressing

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2011
This came out great. I agree with Jeanne. Be careful of the liquid and use plenty Onions and Celery make the dressing. I also added chicken gizzards in mine. I still remember growing up with the heavenly smell of celery and onions sauteing. I knew it was a special day with those smells in my mother and both grandmother's home

Crawfish Fettuccine I

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2011
Loved it. I didn't have enough processed cheese so I used what I had AND Cream Cheese. Instead of baking in oven, I shortened stove top cooking time on everything by 5-10 min and placed in crock pot to cook on low for 2 hours. This kept my house from being too hot and the dish still remained creamy in texture.

Best Brownies

I am speechless. These were wonderful. I added 1 T extra cocoa and am glad I did. My family inhaled these as soon as they came out of the oven. I am glad I didn't make more. It would have not been pretty in my house :)
