Asian Salmon
This was good but not quite Orient.

Maple Salmon
I made this a while back for my husband. I bought a nice big fillet from Sams and got 4 good size servings. Used the ingredients listed except I gave it a splash of fresh lemon juice before I marinated the fish. I used a tsp of minced garlic from a jar since that was what I had on hand and I also added a tsp of grounded fresh ginger for a bit of heat instead of black pepper. I baked it baked it for 15 mins and than I removed it from the oven and drizzle the marinate over the fish with a tad more maple syrup and set it under the broiler for the last 5 minutes. Gave it a nice glaze! We ate it over a bed of rice. My husband loved it so much he went back for seconds and he scooped up some of the sauce to put it over his rice. He asked if I can make it again the next day!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
The recipe was overall very easy to follow with three main ingredient. This definitely has room to grow with, allowing one to tweak it to their taste buds. We added onion powder and garlic salt for seasoning. My husband added some apple juice to the broth to help tenderize and flavor the meat. Could use more sauce and flavoring, but that is something that can easily be adjusted, so we will definitely make this recipe again. Will be keeping this in the recipe box. 2/1/13 We made this recipe many times since our first try. It is definitely worth 5 stars for how easy it is. And we found using country style boneless ribs to be the best for this recipe. I tried doing different seasonings and found one that works best for our family. Oh, and apple vinegar is much better than apple juice. I originally rated this 4 stars and changed it to 5 because it wasn't the recipes fault that I felt it needed more flavor and sauce. So after tweaking it up a bit to our liking we think it taste better than any restaurants pull pork we ever had.
