Yep. It's excellent chili! Thanks. Here is what I used just because it's what I had on hand:
Browned chuck roast cut up in small pieces and chopped garlic. Added 2 cans kidney beans, 1 can Ranch style pinto beans, 1 can Rotel with green chilies, 1 can El Pato (hot), black pepper, chili powder (Gebhardt's becasue I was out of New Mexico which is my favorite) and a cup of Pace Picante hot salsa. Simmered for a few hours. Delicious!! My son is a very picky eater, especially regarding chili and he said it was EXCELLENT!
