Ethiopian Cabbage Dish
This was an excellent dish and glad that I tried it. I had been looking for different ways to cook cabbage and after trying this recipe, it will become stable in my kitchen. Per other reviews, I doubled the spices, which was great. My potatoes took longer to cook and then some of them were only half cooked. Next time I think I will cook the potatoes separately then add them in at the end.
