Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
This is a wonderful cookie. I used a soft yogurt margarine in addition to the shortening plus 3 extra heaping Tbsp of flour for a half batch (the dough was soft but I was in need of a soft cookie- just had surgery). I took a short cut and just sprinkled a layer of white sugar with a dash of cinnamon on top. Puffed up perfectly. Delicious!

Peanut Butter Banana Muffins
I liked the basic recipe. Very healthy. Not sure what people were expecting. I followed the recipe exactly except for the topping, and I made them in a pan instead of muffin cups. Topped with my peanut butter frosting, amazingly moist snack cake loaded with oatmeal, ripe bananas, and peanut butter. Great way to use up those bananas, will make again.

Florida Key Lime Pie
Very similar to the key lime pie I had at Hooters Key West (my favorite pie). I originally added an entire packet of gelatin but did not like texture. The second time I added about a quarter packet of gelatin and the result was perfect. I also added a margarita glaze to the plate when serving, ofcourse piled high with whipped cream and a fresh lime. Excellent super easy recipe!
