Hello one and all!
On Saturday 9 Aug 2014 at noon at Hope Chapel we got married!
Small, very small group of guests and I had a kilt malfunction so had to get married wearing slacks. Both Lucky and John were at the wedding(Lucky is a shitzu and John is a cat).
We had two chairs set aside with pics of our parents and of John and his wife as remembrance chairs.
One of our friends took some pics with his phone but I do not know how to share the pics on here. We are still eating wedding cake!
My Uncle from Virginia and my Cousin and her husband took us out to eat that night at Pappaguillos in Keene.
We are having real bad issues with our internet connection so this will be short in the hope I can get it to load.
The other night Carolyn went to the ER and they discgarged her 2 hours later. The next night I took her to ER and we were there all night and they found that her cancer has spread to her lung and liver.
We may change docs since the doc we have been going to seems a bit to nonchalaunt and we now both feel we need to be more agresive at fighting the cancer.
Thats all for right now. Thanks for stopping by!

Your wedding may have been small but it sounds like it was very meaningful with all those present in person or in remembrance, who are important to you! Cancer is a battle that you need to have everyone on your side - by all means find a doctor that you have more rapport with and confidence in. I can tell you from personal experience that is more than half the battle! All the best to you and Carolyn.

About Me
I was born in cadiz, Spain but was raised on the wonderfull island of Okinawa. We moved to United States in 1972 at age 8. I am learning to cook and care for my self at age 46. This IS a chalinge!!
My favorite things to cook
Wow, so many!! I love the foods of Okinawa and Spain the best but I do make mostly Mexican food. I do live about an hour away from Mexico afterall. The food of the South is great, mum's kin moved to VA in 1632. Chinese food is allso awasome!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Hmm, maby mum making real fried chicken(I dont eat chicken any more)and making greens and corn bread. Mum was from the rural South and knew how to cook! Da was from canada but I dont think he was a cook.
My cooking triumphs
Finly baked bread that was good. NOT a brick or raw. People evan asked for the recipe!
My cooking tragedies
Are only lesons. A learning tool.
