I just called Solara. I left a msg for Caleene. I hope I can start back tomorow!
I made my Amazon list cheap. Two cookbooks, one for pets and one for me, a book on living on ones own and the vanila beans.
One of my friends on FB, she makes her own extracts. Not for cooking but for other things. She said she uses vodka for those as well. So I gues I have some projects on my hands next month.
I sent gaby a msg and asked if she wanted to go shoping agien next month. Mabey we will go to Whole Foods and Sun harvest? But I spend the bulk of my funds at HEB. I just want a few things at WF, like some extracts but most food comes from HEB. This month I want to go to the HEB on Olmos, since they have milk in a carton that does not need refridgaration till opend. At WF I need some Garam maslala.
Lucky needs to be groomed in a bad way and the kittens and Mama need to be fixed. Being fixed comes first! PetsMart will do a tooth brushing and add a doggie bandana after the grooming! Oh, and calone! So he can smell sweet for the girl doggies! LOL
He seems to want to play with the kittens but is still afraid of Mama. They are on there own now but he remembers her claws!

Hi Seamus! I'm glad you're going back to Solara. They'll be very helpful for you. I wanted to give you a tip about getting Mama kitty and her babies fixed. Check out www.angeldogsfoundation.org. I'm not sure if they operate in your area, but they might be able to point you in the right direction. They are a low-cost, mobile spay and neuter organization PLUS they work with different animal charities that will give you assistance with the cost of spaying or neutering the kitties. If you do a little bit of research and make a few phone calls, you'll probably end up only having to pay about $10 for each of the surgeries. Good luck and have a great week!

About Me
I was born in cadiz, Spain but was raised on the wonderfull island of Okinawa. We moved to United States in 1972 at age 8. I am learning to cook and care for my self at age 46. This IS a chalinge!!
My favorite things to cook
Wow, so many!! I love the foods of Okinawa and Spain the best but I do make mostly Mexican food. I do live about an hour away from Mexico afterall. The food of the South is great, mum's kin moved to VA in 1632. Chinese food is allso awasome!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Hmm, maby mum making real fried chicken(I dont eat chicken any more)and making greens and corn bread. Mum was from the rural South and knew how to cook! Da was from canada but I dont think he was a cook.
My cooking triumphs
Finly baked bread that was good. NOT a brick or raw. People evan asked for the recipe!
My cooking tragedies
Are only lesons. A learning tool.
