Mama's Italian Wedding Soup
I tried this as written and liked it a lot. Then I tweaked it by using Ditalini instead of shells and escarole (soaked in salted water for 20 minutes to get rid of the bitterness) in place of spinach. This is an excellent recipe. thanks Lalena.

Slow-Cooked German Short Ribs
I made this for dinner tonight using boneless chuck ribs. I had to substitute Hoisin Sauce for the Chile sauce, which I didn't have. It was nothing short of spectacular. My husband cleaned the crock pot out with Italian bread! Definitely a company/holiday meal.

Jewish Grandma's Best Beef Brisket
This is the same recipe I have used since I was married 43 years ago! I have not made it in at least 15 years and I could not find my recipe anywhere. On my first try I located it on your website. The only difference is that I add 3 beef buillion cubes at the very end to make the sauce heartier. If the sauce is too thin, add a little cornstarch that has been dissolved in a small amount of cold water. Tastes just like a Jewish Deli meat......delish!
