I made this recipe for a week-end family barbecue and every just loved them. It was sooo much better than the typical shish kabobs I usually serve. The bacon kept the chicken really moist and the marinade just complemented the whole dish. After reading the reviews I did double the marinade and kept the vegetables which I added red, green and yellow peppers and sweet onion chunks along with the mushrooms in separate zip lock bags. I will definitely be making this quite often and have already received requests to make this for our big 4th of July bash. Thank you for the exceptional recipe!
