Wow! I can't say enough great things about this recipe! Awesome! We are an Army family and we have a friend going on a deployment overseas. I made him a batch to take along and munch on the way to the airport! Thanks for such a fabulous recipe!

Easy Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

This is such a great cake! I could never write enough wonderful things about it!!! I served it with vanilla ice cream in order to cut the chocolate taste rather than using vanilla pudding. The ice cream and cake were all gone! Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful recipe!!!

This is a very good recipe. I added some rice and a can of tomatoes to it. Very easy and fast! The ingredients are ones that most people have on hand. I will be making this one again!

Cabbage Roll Casserole

My husband, who is half Polish, said this tasted like his Grandma's cabbage rolls. It is her recipe from Poland. This was very close!! He was so excited that I made it! This has become a regular recipe at our house!!!

Calico Beans

This recipe is very good. It was a little sweet the first time I made it so I used 1 cup ketchup and 1/2 cup brown sugar the next time I made it. My husband really enjoyed it and he doesn't really care for beans. This is a keeper!

Easy Mexican Rice

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2003
Very fast and easy. This is a good recipe to have for one of those days you can't decide what to have for dinner. I had all the ingredients on hand! I added the lettuce after it was all cooked though. I like the contrast of cold and hot.

Dried Beef Cheese Ball

This (minus the MSG) was a hit at my Grandmother's surprise 65th birthday party. I thought it was ok...but everyone else seemed to enjoy it! There were not any leftovers!

Great recipe!! It needed more ginger in my opinion. I used 1 1/2 tsp and next time I might try 2 tsp. I like a strong ginger flavor! Very moist and delicious!!

GREAT recipe!! A nice change from the everyday. I added some bacon crumbles to the top and omitted the dill. A big hit with my nearly 2 year old!

This is a good recipe. I had no lasagna noodles, so I used corn tortillas instead. It was something different!

Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2004
Overall this was good. I omitted the onion. Instead of the spaghetti sauce and the other tomato ingredients, I just used 2 jars of meat flavored sauce. This was a hit and the leftovers became meatball subs!

Banana Pudding III

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2006
AWESOME! I can't say enough about this. My picky 3 year old loved it. Take everyone else's advice and use the whipping cream instead of cool whip. You really need it to cut the sweetness of the pudding! Great recipe!
