Stuffed Green Pepper
I loved the recipe! Nonetheless, I did make a few revisions...I cooked the meat separately. I also didn't mix the rice but rather served the peppers over the rice. When the meat was cooked and the mix of the tomatoes simmered I filled the green peppers with the ground meat, and covered them with a slice of munster cheese. I put the peppers on a baking deep pan and put them in the oven for 15 minutes. After I served them over rice and covered with the tomato sauce. It was delicious!!!!
