I make great creme brulee, cookies, pies and ice cream.
My cooking tragedies
One time I burnt a celery dish on the stove. It smelled awful. I got the pan clean but you can still see little ghosts celery shapes on the bottom of the pan.

Chicken Puffs
These were a tasty and easy meal that my family enjoyed. I did not add the butter and I used reduced fat cream cheese. I will try adding carrots and celery next time.

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon
I made this with 1 lb. of bacon. My family loved it, great, easy dish.

Pumpkin Wheat Honey Muffins
My family and friends love these. I omitted the rasins and nuts and added chocolate chips. I did not have pumpkin pie spice so I added cinnamon, ginger, cloves and a pinch of nutmeg.
