Jam Filled Butter Cookies

I've been looking for a good thumbprint cookie recipe to match what I get at the bakery. This is IT!. I didn't have butter so I used margarine, but it was still excellent. I also filled it after baking with the Sugar Cookie Icing recipe on this site. YUMMY!
