I made these into cupcakes using my debbie Meyer filled cupcake pan. They turned out awesome! I had enough custard and chocolate for 3 batches of cupcakes. The only change I made was I added 1 Tablespoon of butter to the custard along with the vanilla, as per another recipe. Everyone raved about these, they are truly a wonderful dessert.o

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

This was GREAT! I added some onion and baby carrots, used canola oil (all I had), dried herbs (all I had), but it worked. I would have liked the potatoes to crisp up a bit more, but that was my fault... It smelled so amazing and was making my entire family hungry so we took it out and ate it right up. Husband, 2 1/2 year old daughter and 1 year old son ate much more than they usually do. Will definitely be making it again, and it was soooo easy!

Hot Water Pie Crust II

Quite easy. I am used to making ice water pie crusts, and I saw this one and thought let's give it a try. I used butter (out of lard), so i omitted the salt, I added a tsp of sugar because I was making apple pie and I like a sweeter crust for that. I used my food processor to "whip" the fat and wet ingredients, and then used my hands to mix in the flour. Refridgerated it, then it was easy to roll out.

Garlic Chicken

very good. my husband thought they had too much parmesan, but every one else loved them and came back for seconds. i was out of bread crumbs, but i mashed up some saltine crackers instead (very fine) and it worked very well. loved the way they browned. reminds me of my mom's fried chicken, but healthier and the cleanup was 10x quicker.

Quick Yeast Rolls

AMAZING. quick, easy and oh so tasty. i followed another's suggestion and just plopped everything into my food processor and gave it a buzz and let it rise in there, then transfered into muffin tins. my whole family loves them! the dough is very sticky, but trust me, it's supposed to be that way.
