Rice Casserole with Cheese and Almonds
Ok, so the problem that everybody has is the "dryness" issue, but I think the recipe creator forgot to mention that you have to COVER the casserole before placing it in the oven. Just do that, and you'll have the most moist mushroom rice casserole, well done Rebecca, this is a keeper..!!

Princess Cookies
I used 1/2 c butter, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, i always do that in cookies so it won't crack. other than that, these are perfect..!! I'm sure these cookies will find their way to top 20 recipes in this site. Great, fluffy, not too sweet, lemony taste. hubby raved about them (he's a lemon lover)...enjoy them :)

Apple Squares
Heavenly. I followed some users advices, and done some changes of my own: 1/3 cup white sugar, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 ts cinnamon for the topping, double the whole recipe because it serves only 12 very small squares, unless you're doing it for 2 people only :). it's taste is even better the next day. I've used a fruit dip recipe (this site) to make diagonal lines over the squares, for the amount mentioned above (original recipe) just mix 4 ounce of cream cheese, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and pipe it on the squares diagonally (cut the squares before you put the topping). Hope this will help you, it did for me :)
