I made this following the recipe, but with a 6lb roast (so I cooked it a little longer). It looked so beautiful, and the aroma while it was cooking was wonderful! I never would have thought of putting chili powder on a roast (okay, I'm not a culinary genius) but it worked great. Tasty, juicy, incredibly tender... my only other comment is that I would put less salt on it next time, or only use the seasoning salt, because I like to keep my salt intake lower (and I think it would still taste luscious). I even took a picture!! Great recipe!
