White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2014
I loved this recipe as is because I am a huge cheese-lover, but my husband only ate it for one night and then didn't touch the leftovers... which tells me he didn't enjoy it. I think it would be better for a wider audience with less spinach (maybe 1/2 to 1 package instead of 2) and probably half as much cheese.

Modenese Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2012
This was a hit with my fiance! I made it exactly as directed. The only thing I wish I would have done differently was to poke holes in the pork chops with a fork while they were simmering in the sauce, so they would've soaked it up a little more. I thought they were kind of dry, but I am still giving it 5 stars because when dipped in the sauce, they were fantastic. We thought the sauce had a very strong white wine flavor, but that was fine because we liked it. :)

Taco Turkey Wraps

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2012
These were great! It was my first time to make any sort of wrap, so I loved how professional they looked when I was done. I used 4 10-inch tortillas instead of 6 8-inch ones as the recipe calls for, and then cut the wraps in half to make 8. I also made twice the amount of the sour cream/taco seasoning mix (I like lots of sauce). As another reviewer suggested, I also added shredded lettuce for some color and crunch. Thanks for the great recipe! My fiance loved it and ate the leftovers for lunch the next day. :)

Really Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: May 12, 2011
This is the best fettuccine alfredo I have ever tasted! I have made it so many times now I've lost count, and every time people say it's better than Olive Garden! :) I also love how filling it is--I double the recipe and make a big pot of it; it lasts for days and just gets better and better every day. This has become one of my all time favorite recipes to make. The basil in the sauce is really what makes it distinctly alfredo. :) Thanks so much!!
