I followed the recipe exactly except I put the dough in the freezer for 45 minutes. I just took a spoonful of dough, dropped it into a bowl of powdered sugar, rolled it in the bowl until covered, and then in my hands. I had no issues with sticking doing it this way. Also, to grease the cookie sheets I sprayed Pam down the center of the sheet and then used my fingers to spread it around the entire cookie sheet. This left the perfect amount. My cookies did not go flat like others mentioned and turned out beautifully. I had no problems with the cookie sticking to the cookie sheet either. I don't get the "not chocolately enough" comments as I think they are fabulous! Just a matter of personal preference I guess.
