Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

This was delicious. My family loved it, and they were wary at first. Two weeks ago I tried a store-bought teriyaki sauce over chicken and they did not like it at all. They did love this though -- I will never bring store-bought teriyaki sauce in this house again -- Thank you! Oh....I made it as is but without the black pepper. And it left a delicious soy, garlic aroma in the house (I had cooked the chicken in the oven. I will definitely marinate much longer next time, I only had chicken in the marinade about 1-1/2 hours. Also, this was so good, I could have drank it out of a glass! Thank you Ann Marie for sharing your delicious recipe.

Buttercream Icing

This is delicious. I used this recipe on the A-1-Banana Cake. I made the recipe using all butter, but next time will make recipe as is. When I made it with all butter, I liked the flavor, but the icing texture was not what I wanted -- it needs just a little shortening, so I am going to make recipe as it is given next time.

A-Number-1 Banana Cake

This is the best recipe. I didn't change a thing. This recipe tastes just like my grandmother's cake. It is moist, and has very good flavor. I'm making muffins with the recipe tomorrow.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

These taste wonderful. Made the recipe as it as written, and they came out perfect. I made BIG cookies, about almost golfball size. They did not flatten out. I did have to watch the time closely because with the sugar on the bottom, the bottom browns fast and will burn fast. Great recipe -- thanks Beth for sharing your recipe with us.
