I have been on a search for the best blueberry muffins for a few years now. My husband LOVES blueberry muffins and since I tried this recipe he won't let me try any others! Him and my kids all prefer brown sugar in the topping instead of regular sugar though. A few hints, especially if you are new to making blueberry muffins. You have a to have a good nonstick pan & use cooking spray!!! If you use a cheap pan it might work the first time or 2 but by the thrid time around or so the muffins will be a mess stuck in the pan. I use a texas size muffin cup pan for extra large muffins so I have to add an extra 5 minutes on the cooking time and to ensure the bottoms don't get over done I put an empty cookie sheet on the bottom rack of my oven.

Love it! Love it! Love it! All of my kids AND my husband rated these a 10!!! I tried some thin and some a little thicker, will definitely go with a little thicker, just like store bought graham crackers as they soak up milk wonderfully!!! I also did half with cinnamon sugar on top and they couldn't decide which they liked better :)

These turned out wonderful! My husband and kids were skeptical at first but now they are begging me to make these again! I served Cream of broccoli & cheese soup in these and the bread is such an amazing compliment to the soup! I am trying them tonight with beef stew!These were very easy to make and I'm not sure about the previous comments about "molding the dough to bowl shape" but they turned out great as traditional bread bowls for me!!!

My daughter wanted this for her 16th Birthday and it was the hit of the party!!! Everyone thought it was so great from toddlers to Granmothers!

This was a really easy recipe that my kids loved! The reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was just too much sugar for my taste. If I ever make this again I think I will cut the sugar in half.

Had these with Spaghetti one night and all 8 kids and my husband loved them!!! I actually prefer them with no sauce!

I rated this as the original recipe which is how I made it the first time. The second time I made it I added soy sauce and it bumps it up to a 5!!! Try it with some swiss cheese and fresh avacado MMmmmmm

Very easy and my kids loved it! Just be sure to watch your rice closely, if you let it brown too much it won't cook correctly!!!

4 Stars for the original recipe, add about 1/2 sugar and it tastes identical to a very popular but expensive beer bread recipe with the same amount of work involved!!!

My husband, who honestly eats peanut butter toast at least twice a day and is a total peanut butter cookie snob loved these!!! I give 4 stars for the original recipe, 5 stars if you double the peanut butter!!!

These were okay. This is a good recipe for beginners and these muffins are comparable to store bought muffins. The recipe is very easy to make as well.
