Love to cook! I have 5 grills and a great smoker. Enjoy creating new recipes....beef, venison, seafood, gumbos, chili, chicken, pork, crazy omelets...and love flipping veggies and concoctions in the skillet like a chef. I am an investment advisor by trade. Have a daughter who is a Dr. of Pharmacy, a step son going to pharmacy school, a my youngest son is in pro baseball with Arizona Diamondbacks organization.

Tri-tip, Boston Butts(awesome), pork ribs, beef ribs, brisket, grilled fish and seafood, Steaks! Red beans and rice, jambalaya, seafood gumbo! Venison that you won't believe...venison medallions with tarragon cream sauce I created and one of my favs...the list goes on...
My favorite family cooking traditions
My Mom could bake the best bread ever...I can't, but I loved to see her shine! I have 3 brothers and I am the meat man! We always have traditional turkey and dressing Thanksgiving, Christmas we pick a cuisine...we'll do Mexican, Italian, tropical,etc...fun stuff!
My cooking triumphs
Perfecting very tasty venison recipes. Steaks..learning how to pick 'um then the rub. Mastering Boston Butts and BBQ sauces like to use different style sauces. And my two baking specialties...carrot cake and biscuits. Oh yeah my rotisserie chicken over charcoal is dang good.
My cooking tragedies
I tried to create a chocolate pecan pie....on my gosh. One slice would break a window!
