Grilled Buffalo Wings
Wow. this is a bit labor intensive, but actually worth the effort. I had no Coke, so I used Sprite, and added extra Cayenne and Frank's hot sauce, as suggested by previous posters. Also put about 3 TBL butter into the pot about half way through, along with a little more Sprite. This is a unique, very tasty recipe. Really tastes hot, sweet, and "grilled." 5+ stars from me. Will make again soon.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This recipe is easy enough and it works great. The Kroger chuck roast (about 2 1/2 lbs.) I bought turned out very tasty indeed. I used 1 (instead of 2) can of Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup (plus 1/2 can of water), and one envelop of Lipton's beefy onion dry soup mix, and browned the (seasoned w/salt and pepper) hunk of beef in an iron skillet with some olive oil, prior to putting it in the slow cooker. I did not add the "1 1/4 cups water." Will make this again, for sure. The leftovers are in the fridge now, but there is not much left over. Try it and see, it works out, and I have had my share of slow cooker roasts that did not.

Grilled Asparagus
I let them sit in a bag with the balsamic vinegar and EVOO (with a little salt and pepper) for about an hour and grilled them on the Weber charcoal grill. Watch them closely, they need to come off as soon as they are flexible (and slightly charred). They were great and my wife really liked them. She can be hard to please. This is a good alternative to steaming them in the microwave. Five stars for simplicity and great taste.
