Original Homemade Italian Beef

I have never had Italian Beef with pepperoncinis. I really liked it... I WILL be making this again. This is another recipe that is great to have on a busy day. It is ready for you when you get home. Thanks for the recipe!

I made this for a friend that I had not seen for a long time. SHE LOVED IT! I thouht it was better than the store bought ones, its fun to make, and fun to decorate :)

MySweetCreations Peanut Butter Cookie Pie

This recipe is FANTASTIC! I made it to take to work for "Happy Monday", I like to bribe my co-workers with food so they will start the week off in a good mood :) This recipe worked.. they raved over it all day. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfect.. Thank you so much for a great recipe.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

I used six pork chops and had to make 4 times the amount of sauce the recipe calls for. I wanted them to be juicy because I had to let them sit in the fridge overnight for my husband to put in the oven the next day. They were very good and we will be making these again :)

Buffet Potatoes

I enjoy making this because I am able to prepare all the ingredients the night before in a caserole dish. The next day all I have to do is take dish out of the fridge, spirnkle the top with corn flakes and pour the butter over top then bake. Very simple to make after a long day at work.

Simple Strawberry Smoothie

My husband and I made these as a snack and they were delicious! I used frozen strawberries, vanilla yogurt, apple and pineapple juice. I added some coolwhip to the top as well. It was a fast and healthy snack, thanks for the recipe!

Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

This recipe makes A LOT of soup.. I put the soup into small containers so my husband and I can eat throughout the week for lunch or a snack. When I first saw this recipe I thought it just sounded good and did not know it was a "diet". An added bonus to making this is not having to worry about it being a guilty pleasure.

The temperature and bake time are perfect. I used chocolate-peanut butter chips and made the cookies into sandwiches with a peanut butter glaze filling. Thanks for the recipe!

Spaghetti Pie I

I read other reviews before making this and decided to add more butter and some sauce so that the crust would not be dry.. It was very good. It reminded me of a quick-easy-less sloppy- lasagna.

Bob the Builder's Fajita Seasoning

This was DELICIOUS!! I am obsessed with season salt so I used that instead of regular salt and lined the bottom of my skilltet with water and added sliced chicken then mixed in the seasonings that I had prepared together in a separate bowl.

Savory Baked Chicken Wings

I followed the sauce recipe exactly. I used 6 medium legs and let them marinate over night. I cooked them on 350 for an hour because I was also making a caserole and they were larger than what this recipe called for. I flipped them over half way through. I also broiled them for 8 minutes flipping half way through that as well. My husband and I loved this recipe, we will be making this again in the future! THANKS*

Perfect Sesame Chicken

After reading the reviews I decided to add 2 teaspoons of chile paste because others stated that it was a little sweet. My husband and I loved it. The chicken alone was good, once you add the sauce its even better. I learned the hard way the first time I made a sauce that when it calls for water and cornstarch to thicken it add it to the other ingredients VERY SLOWLY mixing while you pour it in.. just a little advice for those of you that have never made sauce before!

Seriously is!!! :) I LOVE crock pot meals. This is added to our favorites list!!! I only had a 16oz. Yuengling black and tan beer and it turned out great. I like using a dark beer for recipes I think it adds a lot more flavor compared to a light beer.
