I love ginger in tea so when I saw this recipe I knew I would like it.. I took other the advice from other reviewers who like tart lemonade and only used 2 cups of sugar. I did not realize how many lemons 4 cups of lemon juice would make and I ended up needing 3 small bags!! Just a little FYI do not under estimate how many you will need! Thanks for the recipe it is great!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Filling

I followed this recipe exactly and it turned out fantastic! Work has been insane this week and it is so nice to have meals that you can make in a slow cooker.. when I opened the door and could smell this from cooking all day it was so relieving to know it was ready for me to eat and I didnt have to spend an hour or so preparing dinner! Thanks for the great recipe.

Swiss Chicken Bake

First off the recipe was VERY easy to make. I got home from work, mixed the ingredients together poured it in the pan and stuck it in the oven and did a few things around the house until it was done.. I love those kind of recipes. The taste however was lacking for me. I didnt like the taste as much as I liked the fact that it took 5 minutes to prepare and the clean up was quick. Thanks for the recipe!

Bourbon Chicken

I'm very sorry but the bourbon was overwhelming...I followed the recipe exactly and it tasted like I was taking a shot of bourbon instead of it just being an ingredient in the recipe.

Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Cookie Bars

What an amazing idea!! YUMM.. I had a hard time pressing the room temperature dough onto the top layer because it was sticking to my fingers. The next time I make these I will try getting the dough out when I begin baking instead of waiting for it to chill. Overall this recipe is very easy to make and it tastes soo GOOD! The next day I heated a slice of this in the oven and it was warm and a little crispy on the edges :) Thanks for the awesome recipe, you can never go wrong with cookies and cream cheese!

Pancake and Sausage Casserole

AMAZING!! I loved this recipe. I read the reviews before I made it and decided to double the sausage and I also added 1/2 cup of blueberries to the batter. Next time I make this I will cut the recipe in half because it is just my husband and I. Thanks for the great recipe!
