Swiss Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2010
First off the recipe was VERY easy to make. I got home from work, mixed the ingredients together poured it in the pan and stuck it in the oven and did a few things around the house until it was done.. I love those kind of recipes. The taste however was lacking for me. I didnt like the taste as much as I liked the fact that it took 5 minutes to prepare and the clean up was quick. Thanks for the recipe!

French Onion Soup II

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2010
This was very easy to make. I did not add the Worcestershire sauce and used Provolone cheese instead of swiss and sprinkled shredded Parmesan on the top once the soup was finished.

Taco Stuffed Shells

Reviewed: May 29, 2010
This recipe was an explosion of falvor for my mouth! I crushed up some tortilla chips and sprinkled them on top of the shells once they were done baking to add some crunch and I added diced chiles into the meat other than that I did what the recipe said! Thanks for the great recipe :-)

I love making this recipe. I think its fun and quick. I use different veggies than what this recipe calls for and I add some cheddar chesse to it as well. Great recipe to take to a party, it is always a favorite!

Taco Pies

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
I loved the concept of a taco pie until I tried to cut it and then eat it. I read the reviews before making this so I added seasoning to the meat and cooked the pie crust completely. I also used jalapenos instead of black olives. I also used sour cream and guacamole. I do not know if I will make this again. It tasted great it was just very sloppy. My husband suggested eating it out of the pie pan instead of on a plate. I ended up using a bowl and it was more like eating a taco salad.

Cocktail Meatballs IV

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
I made these for christmas last year. I was pressed for time and had never made meatballs so I bought frozen ones. The sauce was amazing. It is so simple it doesnt seem right. I kept these warm in a slow cooker during visiting with family at Christmas. The quick and yummy recipe took away stress from the holidays!

Magic Cookie Bars II

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
I make these often for my dad. He LOVES chocolate so I frequently substitute the graham cracker crust/bottowm later for an oreo crust/bottom. I have also used peanut butter chips instead of butterscotch to take away some of the sweetness when I use the oreos. I have also tried pecans and/or peanuts instead of walnuts. I like this recipe because you can mix and match ingredients and it always turns out great! It is fast and very easy to make.

Cola Chops

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
My husband swore he did not like pork until he tried these. When I make these I use Coke Zero, double the recipe, use a pork shoulder or pork chops and cook them in a slow cooker... they turn out moist and tender every time!
