Not sure why everyone loved it, it seemed W-A-Y too tart for our liking! BUT, I did make it again, making several changes - it tasted more like a sweet and sour chicken: 1/2 c. frozen lemonade concentrate, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 can chicken broth, 3 T. ketchup, 3 T. brown suger, 2 t. yellow mustard (skipped the vinegar), 1 T. honey, 1 green pepper (chopped), 1 small onion (chopped), add the following seasonings to taste: red pepper flakes, garlic powder, ground white pepper, salt. I turned the slow cooker up to high at the end and added the cornstarch and water, stirring to thicken.
