French Bread Rolls to Die For

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2010
These are simply amazing! I did change it quite a bit though.... These rolls work fine in a breadmaker, just add the water, oil, sugar, salt, flour, and yeast in that order. add at least a fourth of a cup extra of flour. Let it rise in the breadmaker or follow the recipe's directions for rising before baking. You could also just shape it into two long baguettes or eight sandwich rolls. Then let raise in a warm place. The egg wash is a great idea, and you could also add sesame seeds for an extra flare. Follow the original baking directions, and you should have some great rolls to eat! Good Luck!
