Oyster Sauce Chicken Thighs

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2014
This was really good! I reduced the quantity to serve 3, and used honey as the sweetener. I also had 2 small banana peppers, that i chopped into rings and a little jalapeno, i diced very small, along with extra garlic. It was awesome! I also didn't need to use water at all.

Spicy Italian Pork Cutlets

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2014
I served this with loaded mashed potatoes and whole green beans. I used Cupcake pinot grigio for the white wine and it was a wonderful pairing. My husband found this a bit too spicy for him, i found it delicious. Used canned rosemary and garlic diced tomatoes instead of fresh and it turned out great. I'd make this again! Thank you!

Restaurant Style Beef and Broccoli

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2013
This was fantastic and definitely becoming a staple in my routine. The only change i made was using red wine instead of sherry( i didnt have sherry on hand, nor have i ever tasted sherry, so i just guessed maybe red wine would be similar.)And i added, red bell pepper strips, sliced carrots, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and baby corn. It was awesome!

I saw lil flake lines in the finished product, but i also had rising issues. Husband says, they were ok, but definately a cookie like biscuit.

Orzo Alfredo

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2013
This was good, but I did a few things differently. I also would've liked to add maybe white wine to the sauce, but didn't have it on hand. I sauteed minced onions and garlic in butter, then added a touch of flour, then added milk and parmesean. I also toasted the orzo before dropping them to boil in chicken broth. This dish was awesome! Very comforting!
