Simply Lemon Baked Chicken
This is my go-to roast chicken recipe, and it always turn out perfect. The only thing is, I use sea salt, and only use one tablespoon of it instead of two.

Quinoa Tabbouleh
Delicious! But I kept reading in the reviews that it was missing something, so I used 2 c. vegetable stock to cook the quinoa instead of water (and no pinch of salt). I also added a drained small can of sliced black olives, and a container of crumbled feta cheese. Amazing! And it's for a friend's wedding tomorrow, so I'm looking forward to how everyone says it gets better the longer it sits...

Best No-Bake Cheesecake
My mom and I made this cheesecake and topped it with the caramel apple pie filling from the "Apple Pie by Grandma Ople" recipe (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Apple-Pie-by-Grandma-Ople/Detail.aspx), instead of cherry pie filling, for a family get together. Everyone jumped for a piece and wolfed it down!
