Whipped Shortbread Cookies
I have to agree with some of the reviews that said these cookies have a sand like texture. They crumble in your hand before it can even reach your mouth. It does melt in your mouth though but that's probably from all the butter and whipping. They are so fragile, I had my 2 year old eat this cookie outside because I didn't want "sand" all over the couch. For the amount of calories, I'm going to consume I want a better tasting cookie. Also my stand alone mixer, was really hot after whipping these cookies. It's a lot of work, not great tasting, not sweet enough and too fragile so I won't be making these again I will continue to look for a better recipe.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
The wost cookies I've ever made. It was not chewy and it didn't taste very good. I even refridgerated the dough for over an hour. This recipe required too much work having to seperate the yolk and all. I will stick to my usual recipe.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
I love this recipe. It is so easy to make and not time consuming at all. I throw in all the ingredients in the morning and by the afternoon it's ready. I've made it twice already. I like to use the rotiserrie chicken from costco and I like to add a package of powder enchilada sauce in addition to the can of enchilada sauce. I also like to squeeze the juice of one lime into an hour before I serve it. I like to use the Rotel tomatoes with chile pepper in a can I found at our grocery store. I will make this many more times.
