Roasted Duck

I made this last year for Thanksgiving because it was simple, and it was such a huge hit that I had to make another one for Easter. Here it is one year later and the smell of duck in the oven again is just heavenly. This duck is a new Holiday tradition in my house.

Curry with Pork and Peppers

I had to make a few substitutions based on what I had on hand (pork loin chops instead of tenderloin, 2 green bell peppers instead of red and green, and green curry paste instead of yellow) and I omitted the onion (since my son won't eat them). I also seasoned the meat with a bit of curry, turmeric, salt, and pepper, and used a little cornstarch to thicken the sauce. After reading the other reviews, I think I am glad I was forced to make a few changes because mine turned out GREAT. The concept was perfect for the ingredients I had available and it was easy to personalize.

Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks

This was exceptionally nice! My 8-year old son smelled it in the pan and was ready for a taste as soon as it was done, and he's usually very apprehensive about new foods. I even got an unsolicited "Thank you, Mom! Dinner was delicious!" after the meal. For those who complained about it being too salty, I can only imagine it's from the site's automated serving adjuster. So my advice is not to change the amount of the seasonings, even if you use more meat. I'm not even sure I used the full amount listed because I simply eye-balled it and stopped when it looked like it had enough. Anyway, definitely a keeper! I'll be making this again (or face the wrath of an upset boy!).
