No impressed. Made them exactly as instructed. We didn't even eat the leftovers.

Savory Crescent Chicken

Reviewed: May 15, 2012
Added 1/2 tsp Greek Seasoning as suggested by another reviewer. Used bread crumbs instead of crushed croutons which is essentially same thing without the work. Delicious. We loved it. Will make it again. My husband said it looked "beautiful" bc of the bread crumb topping.

Turns out great every time! I accidentally doubled the butter once; even that was good!

They were pretty good but not special enough to make again.

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2011
I have made these twice. The first time, I totally screwed it up by measuring an ingredient wrong and using plain caramels because apparently I can't read. The second time I added 1/2 tps of salt, which it definitely needed, even after my screw up the first time. I made half the batch with rolos and half the batch with milk chocolate chips mixed in. My husband thought the chocolate chips were just as good so I am sticking with those because it is easier. I used pecans instead of walnuts because I had them on hand already and mixed it into the batter.

Chewy Coconut Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2011
Excellent! I made them into German Chocolate Cookies by adding 1 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 3/4 cup of pecans. Yum! Definitely on my Christmas Cookie List this year!

Supreme Strawberry Topping

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2011
I agree that the directions are confusing but I looked up "most helpful" reviews and got some clarification. I mashed 2/3 of the strawberry after cooking in the vanilla and sugar instead of pureeing in a blender. Served with Chantal's NY Cheesecake.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2011
The non-cracking cool down did not work for me. After baking it already had a huge crack down the middle, but no worries. As long as it tasted good I wasn't concerned. I thought the crust needed more butter as it was extremely crumbly. The filling, however, was creamy and delicious! I served it with Supreme Strawberry Topping to many compliments.

I had high hopes for this one but only found it to be so so. It was too gooey for our liking. Won't make again.

Onions Baked with Rosemary and Cream

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2011
Excellent. Super tender. I might reduce cook time a bit bc my husband though they were TOO tender. Would make a delicious soup if you just pour it into a soup bowl.

So easy to make and the left-overs are even better! This is the perfect choice on nights when I get home late and don't have a lot of time to cook. Definitely a keeper!

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2011
I always use dry chicken bouillon in water to make my own broth. I added a tiny bit too much and it was slightly salty. A correctable mistake that is no fault of the recipe maker. I got to use my fresh basil from my garden and we loved it!

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2011
Pretty good. We loved the flavor. I had guests arriving as I was making it and forgot to read The end of step 3 about the bread crumbs and the end of step 4 about adding the cheese. So the chicken was dry on top. Definitely doing those steps next time.

Amish White Bread

Awesome! This is my first time making bread (other than pizza dough) and it turned out perfect. It is moist and a little sweet and great for sandwiches or with jam. I am making my second loaf today as a gift to my parents. I think they will love it!
