Stuffed Pork Chops I
Yummy, easy, and fail proof. I didn't have bread crumbs, so I used whole wheat toast. Also I had to substitute cream of onion soup for mushroom. I didn't have celery, so I threw in a little celery seed. Dang! If I can make that many changes and still have it turn out good, I'm impressed! Just make sure there is enough liquid in the mix so the pork chops are bound to come out juicy.

Very good! Turned out beautiful and tasty. Make sure you buy the thicker lady fingers. I bought the ones on the top shelf thinking they would be better, but the package was not see-through. I didn't see that the cookies were very thin, like vanilla wafers. I think this recipe would have turned out even better for me if I had used the thicker lady-fingers, giving the "crust" a little more meat. All in all, an AMAZING and delightful recipe. Thank you.

No Bake Cheesecake I
For quick and easy, this is a pretty good cheesecake. But it's too rich for me. I'll stick with real cheesecake. Part of my problem may have been the lemon. I think with about half the lemon juice and a teaspoon of vanilla, this may have been less intense, and more palatable. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
