Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

I wasn't sure about this one, but it turned out delicious and moist! Everyone loved it. I ended up marinating it for two nights, and then forgot to put it in the oven on time. So, I put it in the oven at 350 degrees for one hour, and then turned it down to 250 for the remaining 3 hours. It was done perfectly. Just thought I'd put that in there for all of the other absent minded moms out there!

Shoyu Chicken

This chicken was awesome! I left out the red pepper flakes and it had just the right amount of heat. (The kids and I both don't like very spicy foods.) I marinated it for a few hours and then baked it at 425 for 30 minutes and it was perfect.

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

This was absolutely delicious! My husband and I loved the glaze. I followed the tips to let the meat rest and come to room temp before cooking and I also cooked the glaze separately as suggested.

Spiced Pot Roast

I have to say I was pretty disappointed with this recipe. I followed it perfectly and it filled the house with such a great aroma that I was expecting a lot of flavor. It turned out to be suprisingly tasteless. It's not easy to make either...

Seasoned Cornish Hens

Good flavor, but not enough cooking time. I had small hens and they were not at all done after the allotted time. Plan on having to cook them much longer and you'll be okay.

Roast Beef and Gravy

I followed the advice of the other reviews and added some broth, but it made it pretty bland. It was still good and tender, but next time I think I'll try the original and leave out the extra broth.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

When my 5 year old son found out I was making this for dinner, he said, "Then I'm not eating anything tonight!" But we have a one-bite rule in the house and when he finally tried it he ate it all and asked for more. "You can make this every night!" he said. My one year old gagged on it at first, but the second time we had it, she also gobbled it up. Score one for the mommies! Yes, and daddy loved it too, even though he usually objects to fish. I also baked this dish instead of frying it and it turns out tender and yummy!
