Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2011
I only made 1/2 a batch because my husband and I are on a 6 week RV trip and didnt want to end up eating sll of them... This recipe is AMAZING.. I did however use all Smart Balance for the butter, evaporated cane sugar and organic brown sugar. I also added 1/4c coconut 1/4c organic chocolate chips and 1/2c chopped walnuts.. I did'nt have clove so I doubled the cinnamon... They turned out AMAZING

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

One word AMAZING...I did use Best Food Mayo instead of Miracle Whip. Also used Rice Vinegar and 1/4 cup sugar.. Didn't have poppy seed so I used celery seeds.. It was a true hit at our Memorial Day BBQ

Fresh Strawberry Upside Down Cake

Reviewed: May 30, 2011
Unbelievable cake... I can't say enough good about this recipe.. The only thing I did different was use a Bundt pan, lightly crush 1 cup of FRESH strawberries and 2 cups of sliced FRESH strawberries. I also toss my strawberries in the jello then spread in the bottom of a geased and floured Bundt pan.. I then followed as described in recipe.. Let cool for 20 minutes and poured out on serving plate... No sticking at all. Cake was BEAUTIFUL... I put in refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving.. Not on piece was left. My family is still talking about it.... YUMMY

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2010
This is amazing. I made a couple changes. I put coolwhip first on the sandwiches, then put it in the freezer and let freeze, while I made chocolate peanut butter mixture. When mixture was blended I put it in the fridge for about 15 min, poured half mixture over the set layer of coolwhip and then added the next layer of sandwiches, topped it with coolwhip, let it set for 15 min in freezer, chopped up 15 mini reeses and put on top then drizzled the remaining chocolate mixture over that. It looked like something you pay top dollar for at Coldstone and was amazingly yummy. Must try
