Summer is Here Triple Berry Peach Pie
It was ok, I used all blueberries instead of mixed berries because I have allergies, but it just wasn't that sweet.

Easy Scalloped Potatoes
Quick & easy for sure, but they were a bit bland and the bottom half of the dish's serving was quite greasy.

Buttermilk Chocolate Cake with Fudge Icing
Cake itself was amazing, very moist! However the icing was a bit bitter, perhaps too much cocoa, I would half the amount next time.
