Mediterranean Greek Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2004
Really like this recipe. Simple and the flavors combine so well. I used feta cheese with sun-dried tomatoes in it, in addition to the called for sun-dried tomatoes in the recipe. Will make again.

Greek Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2004
Great chicken. Very moist and delicious. I could only find fresh rosemary at the store, so I had to use dry thyme and oregano. Turned out great

Very good. Just the right amount of chocolate and sugar. My family (picky ones included), like this bread.

Chocolate Crinkles III

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2003
I doubled the recipe and didn't refrigerate before baking. Turned out really well, although a little oily. Crisp outside, tender, almost fudgey inside. Really very good. Will make these every year at Christmas, now. Thank you!

Tucson Lemon Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2003
I probably over-baked this by about 5 minutes, but this cake wasn't as fabulous as I had hoped it would be. Angela

I liked it okay, but my kids and husband weren't crazy about it. Probably will not make again. Angela

These cookies really are great. I double the recipe because one batch just isn't enough. I believe these are my new chocolate chip favorites. Angela

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2002
I Love this soup. I followed the advice of those before me and used one can of cream of chicken and just one can of broth. I also used the frozen chopped up fajita flavored chicken, instead of canned. I threw in some Velveeta to make it creamier, and a little cheesy. I also added salsa to this soup. Really good stuff. Chocolate Eclair Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2002
Really good recipe. The frosting was my favorite part of it. I took this to a family get together yesterday and everyone really enjoyed it. It is very rich, so a little goes a long way with this one. I'm thinking of making another today, it's that good. Angela

Sharese's Spaghetti Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2002
When I make pasta salad from now on, this will be the recipe I use. Very good. I did use bow tie pasta and creamy italian dressing and it made for a pretty presentation, as well. Angela

Very good recipe, and so simple. Not very healthy, but great for those few occasions throughout the year that call for a real celebration cookout. Angela

Tortilla Rollups II

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2002
Good recipe, but needs more cream cheese, and sour cream would be good, too, to give a creamier texture. Angela

Vegetable Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2002
Overall a very good recipe. I left out the green pepper, and used zucchini, instead. I also used fresh mushrooms, so I didn't add water to the recipe. I did find the finished product to be a little runny, but still good. Angela

Fudge Truffle Cheesecake

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2002
Really good. I used light cream cheese and it turned out great. I turned off the oven when it was done and left it in there for an hour to keep it from cracking. (I found that tip here at allrecipes.com). I put it in the fridge overnight. In the morning I put fresh raspberries on it and dribbled white and semisweet chocolate over the raspberries. It was beautiful and tasted great. Will make again. Thank you Anne M. Angela

Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2002
As per past reviews, I used 1 cup of oil, and less powdered sugar for frosting than the recipe lists. I also added 3/4 cup of raisins. This cake is decadent. Very moist, dense, really delicious. Thank you for this recipe Tracy. Angela

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2002
This banana bread was very moist but a little sweet. I'm sure our golden retriever would give it 5 stars, as she did manage to hop up to the countertop and pull down 3/4 of the loaf, and eat it all in one sitting! An overall good recipe. Thanks. Angela

I marinated in worcestershire sauce and sprinkled seasoning salt on the pork chops. I also used cream of chicken per another review. This just wasn't a hit with our family. Angela

Texas Ranch Chicken

I used buttermilk ranch dressing, some plain bread crumbs and cheddar cheese when making this recipe. It turned out really moist and pretty tasty. This is a recipe to think about when you don't have a lot to work with. Angela

I will make this recipe again. The meat was very tender. I did need to add more seasoning, otherwise, it was a little bland. Thank you for this recipe, Joanne. Angela
