A family fave! One note: You MUST MUST MUST let the mixture boil for at LEAST a minute or they'll never set.

SOOO GOOD! And YES, use the Texas sized pan, cause the little ones don't hold enough filling. One egg overflows!

Tater Tot Taco Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2010
It was alright, but honestly, if I'm going to go through all the work to make the taco fixins' I'm going to just make taco salad shells or put it over tortilla chips for nachos.

Spiedies

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2010
While I've never actually made this myself, my husband grew up 20 miles outside binghamton, NY and these were a staple for his family. When he moved out to CA, my the whole family talked about them. Well, my mother in law made this recipe, and OMG, they're right!

Hash Brown and Egg Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2010
It was a good base, but a few things just threw it off for me: 1) The ratio of hashbrown to egg was too much hashbrown, not enough egg. I would cut the hb in half and add another egg. 2)I used white onion and I would reccomend a 1/2 of some sort of sweet onion, like vidalia or such. HOWEVER, I would like to state that overall it was good, and with a few changes I would definately make it again.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2010
AMAZING!!!! My inlaws heard over the phone that I was making homemade cinnamon rolls and said they would be over in an hour (mind you, they live 30 miles away.) To my surprise, they showed up, and my father in law said "I will come out every day if you promise me these!" My mother in law asked me NOT to share the caloric count, cause she knew they were BAD good!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2010
Great recipe! I didn't change a thing other than added a little bit of cinnamon because I like the taste and omitted the raisins simply cause I don't like them. BUT the recipe itself was easy and delicious! I don't like rice pudding warm and I was scarfing it down!
