I used this recipe to make cupcakes and everyone raved about how delicious they were! I followed the recipe exactly, and feel like it was plenty flavorful. I may try adding strawberry chunks next time :-) Thanks for a great from scratch recipe!

Broccoli Chicken Divan

YUM! Since I totally forgot to thaw the frozen chicken, I cooked the chicken in the crockpot (low setting) combined with the cream of mushroom soup. I added the broccoli to the mix for the last 20 minutes of cooking time, then combined everything (had to add another can of cream of mushroom soup along with the milk - it did thin out quite a bit) and baked it in the oven for 15 minutes. It was fantastic!

Golden Sweet Cornbread

Absolutely delicious, and so easy to make!! I made muffins instead of using the cake pan, and only used 1/2 cup of sugar instead of the full amount. We didn't miss a thing. They were sweet, yummy, and GONE!! Thanks so much for sharing this great recipe.
