Jalapeno Cheese Bread

Reviewed: May 20, 2014
Great bread. I agree with another reviewer that we can now switch from buying these to whipping them up at home. I always use the dough hook on my stand mixer. Takes about 3 - 4 minutes to mix through. Then I shape in a ball and place in an oiled boil and let rise overnight in the fridge. I reshape into a boule and top with a little more cheese and jalapenos, let rise again, and bake on my cast iron pizza pan.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2011
Thanks so much for this recipe! I saw the melted butter and thought "oil!" so I substitued half of the butter for olive oil. The second time I made it I used all olive oil minus 1 TB of butter and it still tastes great. I might switch back and forth between varying amounts of butter knowing I can make it lighter or more buttery when I want to. i used this in an Olive Garden dish I was mimicking: Carbonara! (bacon, pasta, chicken or shrimp). Love this sauce.

Delicious Gluten-Free Pancakes

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2012
Used Quinoa and buckwheat flour. Must have made about 20 pancakes. A bit runny as another reviewer said, but nice flat fluffy pancakes were the result. Thanks!

Kentucky Biscuits

Yay. This is fantastic. Thank you so much. Works well with gluten-flour flour mix (rice/oat/starches) as well as "homemade" buttermilk (almond milk plus vinegar). Love love love these. Came out fantastic!!
