Chocolate Cherry Drops

Reviewed: May 20, 2010
these cookies are AMAZING! I used dried tart cherries and they were delicious. They taste like a brownie with cherries in it...perfect. I only made a half batch but know for a fact I will be making these again and again! yum.

Fresh Strawberry-Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2010
I had many of the same problems as other reviewers. Dough was very runny, even after adding extra flour and oats. I baked them anyway, and they turned out sort of cake-like, which was kind of strange. I only baked half of the recipe because they looked funny, but those cookies disappeared fast, despite the weird texture! Also, the dough was DELICIOUS! I probably ate a dozen cookies worth of cookie dough while making these...I decided to save the rest of the cookie dough to put on ice cream. Soo yummy!

Baked Onion Rings

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2010
We were making burgers but didnt have anything to go with them so decided to try this recipe, and what a pleasant surprise! Honestly, I wasnt expecting much, but these onion rings taste just as good, if not better than their fried counterparts. I actually used fish fry instead of bread crumbs, so mine may have been saltier than the original recipe, but I still enjoyed them alot (and so did my family!) And yes, breading the onions was sort of difficult, but I always find it difficult to bread things, so this was not a surprise...will make these again the next time we have burgers.

Zucchini Quiche

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2010
what a great, simple, and yummy recipe! I was pretty skeptical of a crustless quiche, and even more so when it came out of the oven and was a different color than I expected (brownish/slightly green) but, man was it good! The edges browned and were slightly crunchy so the lack of a crust wasnt a problem. Plus, it is healthier this way. I chopped my (VERY large) zucchini, added a chopped carrot and some mushrooms, baked for exactly 30 minutes and it was perfect! will definitely make this again, it was so easy...and everybody is impressed by a tasty quiche :-)
