Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2013
a lot of people complain about the gravy....I wasn't impressed with it either. so I prepared the steaks as directed afterwards I kept the oil in which the steaks were cooked in and added the rest of the French onion soup and a bottled/canned gravy (mushroom or beef). this was an awesome substitute and took less time. of course taste gravy to your liking

Grilled Delmonico Steaks

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2010
absolutely delicious. had the steak with a baked potato and asparagus. i definitely took into consideration about not adding the salt and the other reviewers were right. the salt wouldve put it overboard. DO NOT ADD THE SALT! this is absolutely a keeper. good job

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2010
I made a few adjustments. I used a can of cream of mushroom and a can of cream of chicken. I also used corn tortillas instead of flour. To soften them a little I fried the tortillas for merely a few seconds then rolled them.

Husband totally loved it. Very flavorful. Awesome recipe to say the least. Just a slight amendment to the recipe....I seasoned the tilapia with old bay prior to broiling.
