Crispy Edamame
Did not crisp at all. I even used my misto to spray more olive oil on after the 15 minutes, then cooked 10 more minutes. Nothing. They were bone dry too, when I prepared this.

Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew
Definitely needs tweeking, but has real potential. First off, way too much pepper. My 5 year old wouldn't eat it because it was too "spicy". Cut the pepper in half. I adjusted too because it seems like it has way too much salt too. I used 4 bouillon cubes, heart healthy cream of chicken (lower sodium) , and omitted the celery salt. It could just be my crockpot, but I suggest stirring half way through. Not all my potatoes were cooked completely.

Pasta Salad
This is always a hit when I make it. My mother in law actually requests it. I also use Fat free Italian dressing and it still comes out good.
