French Toast I

Delicious recipe, I used the recipe as is with the spices and no salt, I then took the sweet cornbread cake that I had left over and cut 4x4 squares and cut these in half down to about an inch thick pieces. The only problem was I didn't have enough bath to allow to soak the last piece. In the future I will double the recipe for the 4 slices I made. This turned out awesomely and I will definitely make it again.

Sweet Cornbread Cake

I made this cornbread tonight. This was the first time I ever made cornbread that was not Jiffy. This recipe was very easy and it tasted awesome, so moist and sweet. I will never buy Jiffy again. Thank you.
