Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2012
Did exactly as recipe and directions specify (as ALL recipes should be reviewed) and was delicious and moist. Not even complaints from the picky kid reviewers in the house :) This one's a winner!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2011
I don't eat fish at all but know it is a healthier alternative than what I usually serve my family. I made 2 servings of this when my kids weren't home and ate both servings! Great recipe!

Simple BBQ Ribs

Was quick, easy and delish! I broiled them towards the end for about 8 minutes to get a nice thick sauce and some a nice crust around the edges.

Maple-Brined Pork Loin

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2015
Moistest pork roast I've ever had! That being said, it's also the first time I've brined something. I will never cook another pork roast without brining with this or a different brine recipe :)

Anniversary Chicken I

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2013
kids thought it was yummy! For the Bacon- I usually bake a pound of bacon at 375 for 20-30 minutes. Remove and blot with paper towels and then freeze and use whenever bacon bits are called for..easy and better than store bought!
