Fried Venison Backstrap

I skipped the 2 eggs but marinating the meat in milk and hot sauce made a huge difference! The meat was more tender than usual and full of rich flavor.

Thai Mango Sticky Sweet Rice Dessert

This version is both more authentic and I think tastier!! AND Still very easy to make. This is my husband's favorite dessert from when he lived in Thailand and this recipe is the closest I've found. I used almost the exact same recipe for my husband's "grooms cake" at our wedding because he that's what he wanted. The key ingredient is the Thai Long Grain Sticky/Sweet Rice. We make ourselves sick every time I make it.
