Best Brownies
This makes, a rich, fudgey brownie that melts in your mouth. I made a couple batches for my students, then had to make a third batch for the home-folk. I don't even like brownies and I had multiple servings. (The batter before you add the flour is exquisite too.) They are quite rich though. I definitely needed a glass of milk to accompany them.

Chickpea Curry
I really love this recipe. I leave out the cilantro and add all the other spices powdered. Today I used allspice instead of coriander, and accidently used a sweet onion. It was really good. With a food processor to chop the onion, and canned chickpeas, it's easier than pasta! (I also serve over rice.)

Greek Slow Cooker Chicken
I would really give this 3.5 stars if possible. It was easy to throw together and smelled great. It looked unappetizing (watery/greasy) when done in the pot, but plated well and tasted pretty good. My mother, who is very choosey with her food, loved it. I thought it would have been better if the potatoes had been cooked seperately, since lemon-flavored potatoes seemed odd to me. They were fine the first day, but became more lemony as leftovers, and were mostly thrown out. The excess sauce was good enough to throw into broth I was also making. I will make again, but I'll probably just boil potatoes on the stove. The seasoning is quite good for chicken.
