I'm married with 2 daughters. I am a stay at home mom, and LOVE it. My family likes to stay busy. We have an RV and camp 6 or more times a year, usually for at least a week at a time. I also love skating, gardening, horses, and fishing. I love to cook pretty much anything. I love to try new recipes and foods from different cultures. I do have somewhat of a sweet tooth so I am especially fond of trying new desserts. Although I'm no professional chef, I do my best to cook fresh, from scratch food for my family all the time. In the summer much of what we eat comes from my garden, and even in the winter we eat a lot of the things that i have frozen or canned. My most recent tragedy is ladyfingers. I have tried 2 different recipes and they both turned out very flat! Not sure what I am doing wrong. I have been making tiramisu and it's wonderful except for the ladyfingers. I should give up and just buy them, but I'm too stubborn for that. Guess I'll try again next time.
